After an impressive revamp this cinema house boasts 9 different movie theatres as well as a 4DX cinema and VIP cinema - which comes with a fully stocked bar and kitchen facility.

Horrible!! My family and I watched a 4DX movie on Saturday night and the experience was terrible, there were drunk women screaming and making noise throughout the movie and the guy sitting next to me was sniffing his nose out throughout the movie when the movie ended we were all left traumatized!! I don't think I'll ever watch a movie there ever again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great place and service. 4dx was an awesome experience. However, cut down the water spray with the introductionits a bit harsh for kids. It gets really busy and tickets sell out quickly so book online or go early. Nice combo snacks. Seats are quite comfortable. There's also a VIP cinemas available

12 months since I last watched a movie there and the air conditioning is still non-existent. How can dedicated HVAC not be considered when doing a major renovation to a theater complex?

Absolutely pathetic booking site crashes or not available. No one answers phone. Unfriendly counter staff. Unhygienic wiping nose on his sleeve whilst serving. Gateway any day over this filthy place

The Pavilion Shopping Centre is a great place to shop at. There are many clothing shops and there is an amazing food court. You and your friends and family can also watch movies there! It's a very spacious shopping centre and anyone would enjoy going there. There is a lot of parking space, so you don't have to worry about that.

The Pavillion is a lovely shopping mall with multiple well known shops such as Cotton On, Uzzi etc. They also have a variety of things to do such as bowling, arcade games and movies. I enjoyed my time there and it was real fun. I am not the type of person who likes shopping but with the variety of technology, gaming and certain clothing shops had a great time.

Had an interesting experience where I was stuck in traffic for 1 and half hours and missed my 4DX screening of a film that came up to about R700, booked online the previous night, phoned into the call center and was asked to still go in and speak with the manager asking them to book me into the next screening. Being reluctant that this wouldn't work I went in skeptical, apon asking I was extremely pleased to see how helpful and easy it was to do this process thus still being able to see the film I payed so much for.

Great place to watch a good movie. Online booking is smooth and simple. tickets are relatively affordable compared to other malls. Popcorn and drinks can be way cheaper. Staff are always friendly.

I used to love Nu Metro in pavilion but the site has major technical issues when it comes to booking movies and it's ridiculous! it states sold out at moments when there's in fact seating available and as eager movie goers we lose out the opportunity to watch a movie that we've been really looking forward to and this has put me off watching movies there again.

After the revamp it does offer better seating and is much cleaner. The introduction of two VIP cinema is a nice welcome with the choice of snacks and drinks.

I frequently visit the movies here. Every second week. It is kept clean. However seats are getting destroyed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. But they do not have toilet facilities within cinema complex
