  It is the public holiday peak time and it takes 40minutes for 2 take away burgers and a toasted cheese which came out burnt, only when you start screaming on the top of your lungs in front of the other customers waiting for a refund do you suddenly get your order, pongola is on a route that is busy you should get your management in order in peak seasons be very ashamed of yourselves
