Very nice comfortable hotel. Great breakfast but you might miss a fried egg! Rooms are well designed, huge beds, nice table & chair with 250meg free wi-fi per day! Very close to the mall and all it has to offer!

My first visit at a stay easy. Friendly staff. Very helpful. BREAKFAST WAS SCRUMPTIOUS. It is not often staff have a smile when doing their jobs and making your stay pleasant. Mandisa did the check in and she was very helpful.

Very convenient location shopping mall movies restaurants all a few steps away. Very clean well serviced. Very friendly staff. Breakfast included and all at an affordable rate. Keep it going Stay Easy Pmb.😃

It is a great place. Perfect location. Logistics need to be attended to: the card reader for our room had to be reset every single time we left our room from Friday 20th to Monday 23rd Oct. We were a group of 4 couples and all had the same experience. One room had no remote for the tv one had no towel one room smelt of smoke. Furthermore the breakfast got finished at 9 and was supposed to continue to 10.30. I also suggest that they invest in a small fridge for each room.

The quality of maintenance and housekeeping is definitely declining in what could be a really comfortable and beautiful hotel experience. Very conveniently located, but it's starting to feel yucky. And we had the constant smell of cigarettes coming through on what was supposed to be a non smoking section of the hotel. Breakfast was lacking in many ways.

Excellent service! I enjoyed my one week stay at the Hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful with a shower, I'm not sure if they have rooms with bath tubs. The hotel offered breakfast, supper was obtained from restaurants at the Liberty Midlands Mall just next to the mall through a voucher for R250.

Good clean hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast good and our family room excellent. Pity it is too cold to make use of the pool, but the loungers were great for a quick warm-up in the sun.

Stayed at StayEasy Pietermarizburg when I was working on a project in PMB. The position is ideal just off N3 highway and walking distance to Midlands Mall.The room was very spacious, comfortable and tea & coffee facilities very good. Breakfast was amazing and extremely filling. Would highly recommend to any of our friends or family.

Hotel was clean and well positioned next to Midlands mall. Walls are quite thin, you can hear people in the next room.
Also we booked 2 singles and in arrival the room had a double bed. We had to wait half an hour for it to be sorted out.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but just a little slow on that one issue.response / report this review
