I had taken my dad to this hospital and we sit and wait over two hours for a surgical doctor at SOPD. This is pathetic service when I queried was told that Fridays is a busy day. It's a busy day but no doctors to conduct their duties.

I phoned the hospital to find out if the number displayed on the web is the correct one in case of a snake bite emergency. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He replied to my question with "This is a hospital, right?". I had a basic question and all I got from the other side of the line was someone who was asking sarcastic counter questions & treating me with the utmost disrespect.

I've actually called twice at this Hospital for certain Enquiries and the man at the front-desk (Receptionist) was so rude, the first time, I thought he was just having a bad day, but when I called again the second time and he just dropped the call on me, I was certain that rudeness is just in his nature! for a ""Hospital" I don't think its ethical that you guys have someone that rude taking calls.

I had a terrible experience with this hospital and actions has to be taken against itmy brother was involved in a car accident recently and admitted there. on the day I picked him up when he was discharged we went to the hospital pharmacy for medication. only yo find out that that medication had expired and made my brother even more sick. .how can a big hospital like that can have such carelessness. ..what about the patients who can't read which means they also been given this medication. ..It disgusting.
