To the nurses at maternity ward , they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in your most fragile state. I have had the Best experience with my second c- section at Shifa Hospital. Outstanding service from all the Nurses there.
So disappointed. Took my daughter there last week to get stitches .Ask what the cash price is and get told R500 for hospital and R500 for the doc . Glad to pay it , the service is usually exceptional and worth it .Get done and go pay 10 minutes and 1 stitch later. Doc is now R1000 and hospital is R850. Furious but don't complain. Go back today to have the stitch removed. We get told to go up to the pharmacy and come back with a stitch cutter before we see the nurse. 😞😮get to the pharmacy R6.50 and a single blade later her stitch us removed . Are these people serious ???? After a bill of nearly R2000 they still charge R6.50 for a blade and send us up ourselves to fetch it !!!! Customer service guys . Omg .never again .
Dr Purshotam at the ER is the most rude and insensitive human being ive come across! Despite being a doctor to help people he bluntly refused to advise us regarding my 3 year old because we are not on medical aid! All he cares about is making money. He even put the phone down while i was talking. I would definately recommend Parklands anytime.
The hospital has the best hospitality staff is very friendlyany questions you ask they answere
Shifa Private Hospital would take the award for Worst Hospital ever!!! What a horrific experience. Cannot even begin to describe the insensitive and unprofessional attitudes from the ER front desk and night duty manager. My mum (pensioner) was in severe pain and because of their appalling attitudes we had to then drive her to Parklands Private Hospital who treated and admitted her immediately!
I was at this hospital for 4 days. Never had I experienced such a wonderful caring attitude from the staff at Surgical Ward A.
I was truly grateful to be under your care. I say Thank you to every staff member that was responsible for my care, from the cleaners to cateres. You guys truly bring a new meaning to hospital caring. Thank you so much Surgical Ward A staff.
Nurses and staff in the wards aren't professional at all.
Technology not up to standard.
Very noisy hospital.
My daughter was booked in for wisdom teeth removal. Admin/reception staff were good . But Surgical Ward A staff coming to end of their shift had a very bad attitude and made my daughters stay very unpleasant.
I was astounded by the service delivery of the nursing staff at the hospital.I had a cataract operation this morning and I just want to everyone to know how pleasing it was to see the nursing staff so caring helpful and smiling despite their hectic schedule .
