2nd time we visited and it will not be last. We received the venue in a perfect condition. Very clean and neat. All the necessary utensils and amenities are offered. Our favourite activity was sitting out on the terrace while the fire was getting ready for the braai. Perfect for couples needing a place to rest your head.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is nothing more I could have asked for from the unit or the area. The unit had everything we needed and more. The wifi was slow, but we went to escape the city life - not to remain fully connected to it. We are definitely returning sometime soon. Highly recommend a visit!

Wow!!! This is truly a beautiful self catering unit. It has a beautiful view of the lighthouse. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished . Wish we could have stayed longer. But we will be back

Hilary is very enthusiastic and she runs a great guest house. The rooms are clean and tidy. The decor is immaculate and there a few choices of restaurants within walking distance. Used this place on a motorcycle tour of South Africa and Namibia.

Excellent self catering accommodation close to the Lighthouse and National Park. Well presented and furnished with pleasant staff and an owner who is onsite for most of the year.

Host very welcoming, the rooms are very well located, very comfortable, very clean and well laid out with all your requirements. Shop bars restaurants all very close and all of good standard.
Some good walks, geographical historic interests here too.
Well worth a visit.

This is my second visit. I travel all year and Southpoint feels like I am coming home..just a very clean organised home. Lovely views, tranquil, great accomodation, friendly staff and the owner Hillary is just great. Always responsive but never intrusive. She came out at night to help me carry my bag because I had ops to both my hands. Really great place..so rare for a place at the coast and prices are good. One of the best places I have stayed at..everything you need on tap.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very nice, and made booking very simple. I would certainly stay here again. You can see the lighthouse from the front entrance, and it's an easy walk down to the park, or to the few restaurants and pubs in town.
