Very much a basic family holiday hotel. Wonderful outlook over the beach from our room. Food and dining service mediocre.

Spent three nights here. Found a 5 cm by 2 cm piece of plastic fried with my onion rings at the restaurant one night. Unfortunately I tried to eat it, before realizing what it was. The manager had a foul attempt of apology by offering me a free milkshake. I will not be returning here due to fear of choking to death from foreign obstacles disguised as food.

Ordered 4 cocktails, only one person in the group were satisfied. Food really average and nothing special considering the price. If it wasn't for the location and view it would have been 1 star.

Our second holiday at the Arniston. Reasonable accommodation. Average food. Amazing spa. Unbeatable location on beachfront. Warm and friendly staff.

We went there for a quick afternoon tea. We were told we could not eat outside due to being hotel policy. And it was such a lovely beautiful day too. The scones were half raw inside and were served with black current jam, canned whipped cream (opposed to fresh cream) and cheese. So the food is really not worth it compared to the beauty of Arniston.

Wonderful location across the road from the ocean. Closectomthe most Southern point of Africa. Very nicely decorated hotel with excellent food and staff.

A small but great hotel. The measure of customer service is not what happens when things go right but how they deal with issues when they go wrong. When my TV failed while trying to watch the soccer game the staff did everything possible to make sure I could watch. Finally a book case was wheeled into my room, a new TV sourced and within 45m a temporary system rigged for my viewing pleasure. Could not have asked for better service. Brilliant location and sea views topped off a short but memorable stay.

Stayed in a guest house but went to the hotel for drinks. A little pricey but the best place in Arniston to grab a beer. Also probably the only place in Arniston to grab a bite and a beer.

We spent one night on 27th July 2017 in a sea facing room on the first floor. The view from our room was awesome. We watched a stunning sunset and seeing the fisherman go out tho sea in the early hours of the morning and returning with their catch was so interesting. The accommodation was fantastic. Dinner at the bistro was disappointing- the food could definitely be improved. Breakfast was great. The hotel is perfectly located and close to all the stunning sights and walks.

We spent an amazing weekend at this Hotel with family and friends. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Everything about the bedroom and en-suite bathroom was first class. Tea/coffee facilities were special with plunger coffee maker plus coffee. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We will be back later in the year! Two nights was not enough next time - 3 nights. Stopped for lunch
Wife had a great roasted brink all and butternut salad but I had rubbery calamari with a tired salad and tired lemon. Rather disgruntled looking waitresses. Think lack of competition probably leads to indifferent production. A pity as beautiful spot with super views

Great place to socialize any time of the day. Fantastic sunflower cocktails. Brilliant food. Extremely attentive staff. Good food, good vibe, excellent bar. Quality spa.
