Cna staff have no manners i just called the stationery department and the lady couldn't even say goodbye when she hung up, she literally just dropped the phone in my ear

Lebogang served me today - such poor service and attitude. Everything seemed too much effort. She did not say how much she was charging to my card after she had claimed my Thank U points. She passed me the slip and didn’t say anything and as I was signing, said that I didn’t need to sign. I asked her at the end of the transaction whether she believed I had received good service. She defiantly answered “What do I mean?”. I then asked to see her manager and she said “There she is”. Upon speaking to her she was also apathetic. I expect neutral service not judgmental nor such poor service.
