  The staff are not friendly at all the equipment looks old and dirty not once got offered something to drink. awful experience. the owner needs to maybe spend some time there

  Had a full pedi booked for 5 - should be an hour - after 45 mins manicurist was finished - on being asked why so short,she said she was giving me 5 mins to put on my shoes! I take 1 min! Felt they were rushing, so they could close at 6. Not impressed, as they always give their clients the full hour that has been paid for.

  Person at reception needs to be trained to be hospitable. Every time I go there I am ignored and treated badly. Ruins my entire experience.
