The kids love to play on the "castle". The service is on standard with most other Spurs. The food is good for a family restaurant.

I'll never set foot in any Spur again since my son worked in one if their branches as a waiter. I won't bore you with details, but let me clearly tell you that Spur waiters are exploited to the highest degree. It is utterly shameful how they are treated, trying to eek out a living on tips only with all the BS they have to put up with from managers. And their food is overrated. My son often told me that if I could see what was going on in a Spur kitchen, I would never eat the food!

Best Spur in Bloemfontein, the Managers are always concerned about whether we are happy with the service and quality of food and the waiters love going the extra mile. If something is not up to scratch they are more than happy to fix it all up.

Poor service 9 o'clock in the morning. Restaurant empty. Chipped glasses. I won't recommend the Spur and won't be going there again.

Was denied the option to make a booking because of running promos, even though i wanted to book for a large party and for a valid reason (babies don't understand the queuing process and i cant feed my baby in a queue) I feel as if Spur is discriminating against people with babies, basically saying i should either stay home or queue because i cant book a table at a restaurant. Bad form Spur

Friendly service and they accommodate for children of all ages. Perfectly safe play area wirh staff members and cameras to give you peace of mind. Enjoy good food in moderate comfort.

After not going to the Spur for a couple of months, it was great to be there again! We had good food and good service. I missed the Spur! Still good quality and fast service.

Sat at a 'ready ' table, had to ask the waiter to please clean the table as it was dirty, Only ordered two drinks , one of them a glass of water with no lemon ,got a glass of water with lemon, its not the end of the world , But we had to wait there after , for almost an hour for our food to arrive when the shop isnt even busy, that isnt okay. Got up, paid for our drinks and left. Wont return !

Probably the greatest spur in the free state definitly the best one in bloemfontein I had bad service at all the other spurs except this one and I've being to Silver Chief almost over 100 times now and haven't got any bad service
