I am so happy with the staff at your Millerton store always helpful and friendly faces. Never a problem with exchanging goods. I am also very happy that shoprite employs staff that are able to work but possibly would not be employed elsewhere. Fantastic shoprite and keep up the good work! A pleasure to shop with you unlike the other big store in our area. Thank you! !!!

Shop is always fully stocked, BUT:
""Some staff, like in Bakery talk to each other while one is busy with a Customer, and not saying a word to him!'''' This is not on!
Only small dedicated area at the back to enter the Store and no place to enter in front.
Foreign customer in front of me gets told: ''You were suppose to have this weight'' when they present there fruit to be rung up.
How must they know, if no one helped then in the department!?
I get acknowledged at the till point by; ''plastic bag?'' Good afternoon to you to! I replied.
When I asked if I could have a straw, I get pointed to the kiosk where I must go and fetch it myself.
It is kept behind the counter, where the till operator must stop the Q she is busy with, to give you a straw.
Is this made out of gold, I asked!?
I hate judging supermarkets, specially if you Love a particular one like this one.
Some people's mindset just need to be adjusted and put the Customer as the number 1 in there business and not treat them like as if they are the enemy!

Typical Shoprite, poorly stocked especially the butchery. Don't even try to pay your Telkom/electricity/ other account here the staff are very poorly trained, it takes years and four people.

I only go here when I'm desperate to get stuff, otherwise I avoid it, too many dodgy characters, the taxi's are a nightmare. Not a place I want to frequent at all

Usually well stocked and good prices.looks good after the revamp and works more efficiently.theres a pep inside aswell as a shoprite liquor.theres an atm at the entrance/exit and ample parking.however their exit out the car park at the one end is very tight

They should have more pay tills open on busy periods. I feel the place is a bit crampy with all the cooldrinks on floors. Also their cashiers chewing bubble gum, chatting away with other workers is a nono. Staff hair and nails not very presentable. Staff needs training in customer service.
