Sent in a Toyota Corolla 160GLE 2000 model to get the rear left repaired in 2012. After a year the shoddy paint job was revealed. They literally painted over some of the rubbers on the doors, there was paint runoff everywhere, and to top it off, they literally painted straight over the old paint. The "new" paint isn't even the same colour, and was only a single coat, so after a high pressure wash, there were blotches everywhere, and the original paint still looked better underneath.
The attempt to fix the damage to the rear was a joke. The rear frame under the boot was damaged, and when I looked at it, they left it bent, and literally made a hole in it in order to rivit another rear quarter panel. The frame under the boot has subsequently rusted completely. You can see daylight through it. There was another panel that went below the rear windshield, and above the boot. I assume that piece is held in with body filler. Cause water drips in through there, and upon closer inspection. They attempted to fix it by putting prestik in the hole, and spraying over it. :( And you guessed correctly, more rust. Plus they didn't even replace the badging on the bootlid, and half the trim clips in the boot are missing.
If I could, it would be a 0/5 stars, cause what they did was worse than leaving the car with the previous damage it had.
Rude receptionist , they werent able to do the service i needed , and they only do insurance claims , waste of time going there and no disclaimer as to what type of service they provided
