  Booked a harbour ride for 3pm, were told to arrive at 14:30. We were on time, waiting at the entrance & nobody could assist us or tell us why there's a delay. I called the office & the lady told us there's someone coming to the gate to help. Still nobody.
  Wouldn't book anything with them again.

  What the Fffff is the music???? Im on a boat cruise to enjoy the view and tranquality and what you get is ffffffff noise!!!!!! Really this is NOT a night lub! 😠😠😡😡😠😡😠

  Quite disappointed. It states VERY clearly on their website that cruise times can be changed to suit any occasion yet they are not willing to accommodate me for my birthday. If they had other bookings I would understand, but they don't allow pre bookings either?
  
  When I explained that I feel its money for them either way, why not just book it and have me pay, they said I could arrive at 9AM the morning of my birthday and buy all the tickets for the 1 hour cruise at mid day, so I must wake up and rush super early on my birthday in the HOPE that I can book out all the tickets, for ONE hour.
  
  Would never recommend them to anyone and will never try use their services again. The lady on the phone was very polite, I'll give them that. Other than that this is a business that doesn't care about customers.

  Excellent deep sea cruise, ship was clean and well maintained. The loading steps was a bit wonky but otherwise it was great. Recommended for whole family.
