Global visa has an excelent professional team of staff who have been very friendly , informative and helpful at all times - I do understand that there are certain embassies who do cause delays in approving the visa however in my experience with global visa, I was always contacted and kept informed of my visa status Throughout the entire process, I have delt with numerous visa Agencieis in the past but definitely found global visas to be the best and most efficient customer service that I've ever experienced

Useless..had to change my flight when documents were given in advance..bunch of liars..am still waiting for visa to be issued..flight was yesterday. Please don't use them. Absolutely no customer service..communicates on whatsapp..gosh..so unprofessional!

Do not use Global Visa. I met with Andrisha at her office on the 23 June and emailed all my documents to her for her to send my application for a Schengen visa to the Belgian embassy. On the 26 June her driver dropped of my passport with the security guard outside the embassy because he was late for his next delivery! The embassy then called me on the afternoon of the 26th to notify me that the security guard has a passport with my details on it! I frantically contacted Andrisha who then said that it was late and the embassy is closed and she has to call the next day!

After the passport was then accepted by the embassy. The application process was started . A few days later once again I received a call from the embassy asking why I had not included any accomodation confirmations for my trip. When I called Andrisha to ask her why she didn't include it. She said that "it slipped her mind to check if the accommodation was printed and included"! I have an email thread showing that all this was sent to her in emails on the 23 June.
Since then I hv had to follow up with her everyday first before she can tell me what is the status of my visa. It is now the 24 July and I still have no idea if my application has been processed. Please do not use this agent for your visa. Save yourself the stress.

Worst service, as usual at with any VFS office
One have to run atleast 3 times to get the right documents. I don't know why these people don't understand, just specify one time what 'All' the docs to get

The WORST VISA service centre i have ever experienced in my 10+ years of global travel.

Information on their website is not in sync with that on the Indian High Commission / Consulate as a result more often than not applications tend to be incomplete. Their phone lines are always busy, nobody ever picks up. As a result people queue up to get info at the service centre causing massive frustration to people who are in queue for submissions. It takes on average 3 to 4 try's of "stand in queue-get to counter-find out what is missing" before your application is accepted. The staff behind the desks seem inadequately trained as well. There is no consistency in rejecting or accepting application as the reasons keep changing. Its a hit or miss game!!

The Indian Govt in the bid process has unfortunately awarded the contract to the lowest bidder (BLS) without consideration for quality of service or customer satisfaction. They don't seem to realise or don't seem to care about the poor reflection this has on the Image of the country.
