I bought my new 2015 LCI BMW MSPORT from here..You will get good service at the branch. Iam a BMW owner for the last 33 years ( From my 1982 320i, 1986 735i, 1996 318is, 2002 320i, 2007 320i, 2013 320i Lux, Now 2015 MSport. So I know this for Sure, SMG is Good. Go there and buy your next BMW.

Absolutely poor service from the salesman who sold me the car & It took over a month for the car to be on my name..and no paperwork regarding service plan or warranty and when it expires.. even when my car had its first service..The agent didn't inform me that the it wil expire in 9 monthsfor being a new car owner..automatically when my service light came on I the second time I took it in to check if my car can be serviced only to find out that it expired two months before..so how do I a new owner of car supposed to know thisand someone told me yesterday that the first service is minor the second will be major and guess who had to fork out for that major service ..not bmw because they want to save money because..Meyet my dad took my car to have the oil and coolant checked out in march the agent didn't even bother to say give me your key il check in machine like the way they do to see if anything is wrong to Check if the oil needs changing because I was travelling to jhb I wanted to be safe ..but now all of a sudden when my service light came on my expiry date is before service..I love bmw cars more especially mine but the poor service has put off bmw. To make it worst my service book wasn't even stamped by them last last year when my service was done I was asked by another provider who did my service said bmw because he was trying to find it..because he needed to stamp my book
