For good pizzas and value for money. Visit Romans.
Generally okay. The wait time given is never accurate though. Quality standards consistent.
Most annoying. It took 45 minutes to make two pizzas. In that time, I walked out, went to Steers around the corner. Stood around for about 5 minutes trying to decide what to get, ordered two steer burgers and one 1/4 chicken, wated and got my order and when I went back to Romans, there were still 23 orders ahead of mine had I not alread paid, I'd have left.
Come on guys, get your act together. By the time I got my pizzas, the rest of my food was Ice cold.
It's always busy. But food is always delishes. Very affordable. The perfect franchise for the area. Parking is not an issue at all. Turn around time is industry standard of 15min. However on month end when everyone got paid, it can take tad longer. Place always clean and staff clued up.
Fantastic pizza. Loads of toppings. Super thick bases.
didn't wait long friendly service andnrhe thick base pizzas are delicious.
I placed an order at 16:45 via telephone. I went in at 17:08 and was told my order is not ready yet even though I saw an order there that looked like mine. At 17:25 I had to ask them to check because it's been almost 45 minutes since I placed my order. I was handed cold pizzas. Not impressed at all. Poor service!
The food was not up to standerd (TERRRIBLE).
Usually Good Service, Best to call and collect. Just Sometimes the R99 special is a little soggy.
