It is a shopping complex situated in a residential area. Public transport route. It houses a big supermarket, namely Shoprite. A dentist,;butchery, fisheries, 2 estate agencies, hair salon, 2 Chinese stores, a computer repair and component shop, 2 fruit and vegetable stalls, a spice shop, BP garage, sports and betting bar. Parking and neighbourhood watch security. A ramp for disabled patrons.

Busy little shopping centre in Mitchell's Plain. Very cheap wholesalers all around the centre.

It's a small Shoprite Mall with BP garage, Hardware Store , Fisheries, China shops x2, Liquor Store, Betting Tote & Fresh Fruit & Veg Stalls with a Pet shop.

A small mall servicing a moderate community. It houses a Post Office, salon, estate agency, pet shop, fisheries, super market, surgery, dentists consulting rooms, electronic shop as well as internet café, sports bar. The library, community clinic, community centre are in close proximity. Sufficient parking. Ramp for disabled. Security during business hours. A negative is the bad elements who roam around.

It's overcrowded and kinda dangerous don't take small kids with you overall just the things are cheap.
