  not good, my car has been having the same problem for two years now and each time they say it has been fix, it comes back again.this one time my car came back smelling petrol, turns out they didn't close one of the valves post service, I had to find this out from another dealership belonging to another group.its hard to believe this is the bidvest group!

  I will never buy a Renault again (I am on my second one). The after sales service is just not worth the effort any more. I was treated very badly by both Mcarthy Renault Pietermaritzburg and Mcarthy Renault Gateway. I won't get into all the details but just know that they are very quick to sign your new car over to you but you're on your own after that.
  
  I am test driving a Honda BR-Z this week and NOT a Renault Duster.
