Really need to work on there customer service really tired of getting there and waiting 20 minutes to be attended than having to wait another 30 minutes for drinks and another 40 minutes for food, it's frustrating hence I've only been there 5times same story each time.

Pathetic. What happened tonight is not okay. If I could do a 0 star I would. 😡
So I feel the need to explain this.
I dont care what the situation behind it all is. But when you have a bouncer that thinks he can assault someone numerous times. And the Manager climbing into the actions. For something as simple as bringing your own drink. I wonder if you realise there is a way to handle a situation and breaking someones knows. Busting a lip and throwing punches after the people leave the establishment and you drag them back just to prove a point. Pathetic. After speaking to a few people. Apparently this is a regular thing for the bouncers to assault people. Definitely not legal. And I definitely will not be supporting a dodgy drinking hole.response / report this review -

The staff range from super friendly to super evil. You just have to hope you get lucky. The food is reasonably priced and has that classic pub-grub taste to it.

Food is decent, but don't bother attending evening football games here. TV's were turned off at exactly 11.30pm, 5 minutes before the end of the Arsenal/Chelsey game, as if they didn't consider overtime. Just a warning in case you feel like watching a full game.

Delicious food! Me and my wife ordered a combo each. Well priced. The kids could play on the jungle gym, next to the restaurant, so we could keep an eye on them while eating. Also enjoyed wathing the late night friendly soccer games in die sports arena. Will definitely go again!
