The hotel is old and in need of a upgrade. The restaurant on site. Not recommended at all. Service at check in very good. Room service you can not add to the bill you must pay inmediatly. Really don't recommend this hotel at all. If you used to Protea Hotel standards this one should not be part of the group. Booking via Procard was more expensive than the room rate as a walk in client. This to me is poor taste. Cleanliness of room excellent. That's a positive

Protea Hotel Klersburp is a convenient place for meeting and events. The have enough halls for all events and can accommodate a large number of people. Their prices are also moderate as compared to other hotels. Their parking are more safe and specious. The place is ventilated, clean and neat. I recommend for people who want moderate and exciting place for meeting and other events to go there to confirm for themselves.

Great value for money rooms. Clean with towels and soaps as well as coffee/tea in the room. Lovely restaurant on the premises with very tasty food and good service. Great to overnight

The rooms were satisfactory and the staff really go out of their way for you. They are very friendly and helpful. Had n nice stay there. you could do something about the restaurant though looks like the school hostel

Need renovation and fridges in their bedrooms. Looks old inside and is more like a guest house rather than a hotel .

I've been going to this hotel for several years and the staff have always been nice. They are gracious and do what they can if you have an issue.
