Attended the Coronation financial road show. Had a great experience and the food catering was great. Will recomend this venue any time. Friendly and well trained staff make your stay so easy and enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel where you can experience nature in the heart of Bloemfontein. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and well maintained. Food is delicious, bar lounge is relaxing and the staff are fantastic! Can recommend this hotel for business and leisure travellers.

Protea Hotel Willowlake is so lovely away from the hustle and bustle of the city set in a calming and relaxing manner with wild animals surrounding u yet a stones throw from the mall with a variety of restaurants to choose from if u do not feel like dining in the hotel itself. The rooms are modern and confortable. I will definately return there and recommend it 2 others. The staff are friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay for 3 nights.

Lovely place and very welcoming staff. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The walk around the animals was also fantastic. We had nearby malls and petrol stations which was very convenient.

Could be better maintained. The property looks great but service is hot and cold. A Marriot managed hotel should b right up there. Location is great - if u r in the right room u could c animals out of your window as the zoo is behind the hotel - the zoo is well maintained!

Very good accommodation and food. The showers are a dream. I was able to get 2 rooms with interleading doors. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet excellent. The View to the zoo next door was a additional bonus. Very friendly staff.
