Definitely not 4 star. Do not trust them with your credit card details as they billed me again (different amount) a day after we left. breakfast is also charged for, but not given if you need to leave early (like when on a stop over) We left at 07h00 but that is too early.

Room was a small (I believe they have bigger) single room with toilet partitioned off by a sort of dressing screen. There is a bath and shower within a meter from the left side of the bed. Room has a cheap and frilly feel to it.

Really nice accommodation. Big spacious rooms, and a nice outside/pool area. Breakfast is only served at 8am, which was a bit late for us.

The facilities were acceptable, and after a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast we did leave a positive review on Expedia. However, after a long journey home, I woke up to a message accusing me of fraud, and the threat of being reported to the police if we did not send other payment details (see picture attached). The room was booked for and paid on Expedia, using PayPal as it was the easiest option at the time. Even after sending proof of payment, I was told to call Expedia to solve the issue. At this point I explained that it is not our problem to try and solve, payment has been made and in good time using a site where they have (assumed voluntarily?) listed their services. Trying to be polite and reasonable did not work with this lady, she was horrible and accusatory. I don't know if she is the owner of this establishment, but in my opinion, treating clients in such a way will guarantee a short life to any business, especially in the hospitality industry.
