  Best place to order face paint and costumes. The best and most helpful staff are here to help you choose your look; bought a beautiful mask for my year end as well as got face paint at a reasonable price to complete my Halloween look. Honestly have the greatest prices and quality products!

  Whenever I have a dress up function, I choose Promenade. Great selection of outfits, fabulous accessories and extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend promenade for your party requirements. Prices also cannot be beaten!

  It's a nice shop with a big variety of costumes and accessories, however, the extremely rude staff makes shopping here a terrible experience.
