THIS JOINT IS FALLING APART!
Nothing is like what it seems – STAY AWAY!
The photos are taken at just at the right angels. It's all fake!
It's like a yippee joint from the 60's that looks like a former slave quarters.
There is nothing as disappointing when you get to a place and it's obvious the owners are completely absent from the house. Maintenance is absolutely neglected.
Telling the owners about broken doors, the shower floor paint is peeling, shower doors broken (it's obvious for months) and leaking dishwasher, badly fire damage to the outside to the fire place and heavily burned ceiling, water leaking thru the concrete roof to the bedroom bed below (Chinese torture), all just a few to mention.
Brining all this to the owner’s attention, we had to listen to poor stories and excuses. However, MOST of the things is burned, broken, leaking and not working for more than a year. . . . .
A great disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone!
Given the above mentioned, that is the lever they use not to pay your deposit money - blaming you for their slapgatgeid!
