Awesome views, relaxing atmosphere (far from the madding crowd).
Friendly staff that compliments the beauty of the place.
If you think Oceans Palms is non-pareil, wait till you experience Oceana Views, just up the street. Owned and managed by same people who run Oceana Palms.

On the last night of a family trip, I booked this 4-star luxury guest house for my mum before she heads back home. Although the rooms were clean and the environment is beautiful, the guesthouse did not leave a "wow" feeling with us. The breakfast was toast, jam and fruits but no staff was around to order eggs, so no breakfast-buffet as advertised. Not even butter and the cheese-platter sign was there but no cheese. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I also asked to book her a taxi in my reservation email, confirmed with the manager the driver was booked .. and no driver showed up. The manager did not book the taxi and as a result, my mum was stressing because she would miss her flight.

I wanted to give my mum a surprising luxury night but she is now going home disappointed.
