I have been coming to this hotel since 2012, it is well positioned, secure and tranquil. If you in Pinetown on business, I highly recommend staying. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great service, I believe it deserves better ratings. Score's an A+ for me.

It's okay, love the garden area. Bar closes very early for a hotel. The rooms are okay, I think the owners should renovate that building a bit, safe parking and it's situated in a convenient location close to all local amenities.

Loved it here. The rooms are large. Did not get the chance to use the pool unfortunately. It is close to a shopping centre which is a plus. There is no fridge in the room. The meals are quite expensive. You are better off eating at a restaurant elsewhere

This is one place I enjoyed food in life. Best buffet of all time. Building is not so attractive and accommodates alot of working class on travel for work purposes. The food is extremely good.

OOverpriced for what it offers. Tv in room just with few channels analog tvRooms are spacious but only some rooms have refrigerator

We stay here twice a year for a month. Have done so for the last 5 years. This is a group training hotel offering excellent food and hospitality. We regularly use excellent conference facilities which are well supported. Just a great place.

Did not stay but went there for a function. Quote evident staff are either not well trained or don't care. This was shown in the sloppy way they set up, no attention to detail. When I asked for a teaspoon to eat my dessert out of a cup they served it in the response was "but there are dessert spoons on the table". When I said yes but they don't fit in the cup, I was told "oh well we can't do that because they are set on the tables for breakfast tomorrow". Ok then

The place was nice, quite, good for relaxing. As for the staff they were excellent through out our stay. Though the aren't any lifts for upstairs rooms, they were able 2 accomodate me, my child n most of all my granny who could not constantly use the stairs n we got a room down stairs not far frm the pool and ofcoz the bar 😄😄😄
