Although clients arrived at 16h15, they were not allowed into the post office and it is in my estimation that there were approximately 8 people in the post office. Calls to the Branch, Area and Regional Managers were unanswered. It was later brought to my attention that the post office closes at 16h00 because of Covid19. What was strange is that the notice had been altered and was facing the inside of the post office. Common logic should dictate that if you want to inform people arriving after 16h00, the notice should be visible to them. One of the personnel who addressed us was rude and obnoxious.
