The store has done a sim swap and not registered it on the system so my phone is still not linked on the MTN network and I cannot use it. It has been confirmed by the call center as not being registered for the swap.

This issue has still to be resolved more than 24 hours later.

Further to this i have been trying for 15 minutes to get through to the store (29/01/2015 following day ) and the line if permanently engaged
