It's been quite some time since the unrest. But there is still no computers. I went in today to collect my r350 srd grant and the lady Dat sit outside told me the computerswas stolen in the unrest and told me to go to pinetown. Why would I apply for the r350 srd if I got money to travel so far. Can your not get even one computer and help people like us who really don't have money to travel far. Please help us out. The staff is absolutely rude and abrupt. We went to collect our social grant from 5:30 to 16:00. They are extremely slowing service. They treat the people like animals and there is dirt everywhere. Maybe hire new staff. Thank you!

I have been to renew my vehicle license today, due to corona you are made to queue outside which was annoying at first, but this process did move quickly, I am surprised by the staff, this governmental organization works well, and works fast, they aren't standing around making conversation at tills or wasting any time, people should be more considerate of the actual staff members working very hard, SERVICING RESIDENTS AND PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RESIDE IN CHATSWORTH, don't expect to be 30minutes, expect an hour and a half, I see you standing longer in take and pay to save r2, be considerate of your hard workers in there.

What a rude individual by the name of Phume in Chatsworth Post office. It is very sad that there are people who are jobless out there and the ones with jobs are not even appreciating them. In our black community we are taught to respect elders but this lady is something else. I wonder where she will end up with that kind of attitude By now she doesn't recall the ill treatment but on the other hand I will not forget the incident.

Worst experience ever inside there. Every worker has the face of hell. None of them are happy working there. Including the manager. I never want to go back there. The lady attending to me was absolutely rude and abrupt and the other lady gave me less change. I hated all 30mins i spent there. I would give zero stars. That's what they deserve.

As per the Time I on the Internet the post office is opens at 8:00 to 16:00 sitting here at 8:12 the 23/08/2017 they are still closed. WHY? Advertise something and not do it.

Sent my husband to fetch my package and was told that it was already picked up By Who? cannot get an answer as they do not answer their phones. Not fair that just anyone is allowed to collect packages without the original ID being producedTotally annoyed
