The service was ok but the food took forever to be server even though we were the only people eating. Between us we had two chicken dishes both of which were dry and the BBQ chicken was served cold. The wine we had was decent however overall I would give this place a miss

Service very slow in our case with the place 80% open. Had to ask for cutlery after we got the food. Food was very so so and mine went back to the kitchen. Sat outside with my kids and the manager brought customer outside and offered him an ashtray so he could smoke next to minors(in the non s making area) Not his fault. Great spot but renewed management is needed

Service was very slow even though the place were quiet ( only 5 tables had customers). I ordered Hake, which was nice but the batter as well as the chips had the taste of 'old' oil. Staff, 8 of them, were gathering around speaking so loud the we couldn't hear each other at the table which I thought was unprofessional. Wont be going there soon.

Service was excellent, however, the food took way too long. The view of Mossel Bay Point was stunning, however the shop itself was not very clean. The highlight of the experience was the lovely, friendly and always smiling waitress.

Not good at all. Last time I will visit here. Management did try their best to resolve the bad experience, but the damaged was done. Service from waitress was not up to any standard. Sorry cannot recommend this place.
