Always VERY friendly staff in the booking office. Our home away from home for a long weekend with the Buffalo Motorcycle Rally. Been going there for 8 years.

Absolutely horrible treatment. Avoid these terrible people at all cost. We stayed there with my partner who suffers of CF which causes her to cough blood from time to time. During this stay she had an attack and coughed blood on the beding and used a towel to contain the blooding. The next morning we wanted to wash the towel and linen only to find two "Out of order" washing machines in the kitchen. The stupid receptionist then had the audacity to call me to replace the effected goods. She went on to say we left the crockery dirty, come on this is a serviced place. Will they not rewash the crockery for the next visitors ?
If you suffer any terminal condition avoid these insensitive people at all cost.response / report this review -
