  Awesome experience from this team of professionals.
  As first time buyers we were very anxious with the whole process of buying a home.
  The highly professional and ever present hand to assist and guide from Shaun's McLaren's was superb !! It made the whole process like a walk in the park. Keep it up Shaun !!!!
  The support from the Management team was incredible. When ever we were faced with a hurdle, they quickly jumped in with a solution.
  I highly recommend first time buyers such as my self to approach the Platinum Midrand Team. You will not regret it.

We have been looking for a house for the last year or so and the service and effort that you and your guys put in, in order to assist us has been fantastic. The caliber of your agents is definitely something that is hard to come by in this day and age. You can instantly see from their approach and willingness to assist that they are genuinely good people who want what’s best for their clients. We have had the unfortunate opportunity of working with other agents from other companies as well which made us realize that Platinum is definitely in a different league with regards to customer service and satisfaction.

  We purchased our property through Gareth Lewis from Platinum Residential December 2013 and were very please with the service we received.
  
  As this was our first time purchasing a property, we didn't really know what to expect, but I am pretty sure that what Gareth did went above and beyond. He personally took care of a lot of the minor repair the house needed and set us up with quality contractors for some of the bigger projects. He was very helpful with negotiations between us and the seller on things such as occupancy dates etc. He even called me on my birthday 5 months later!
  
  Gareth is clearly dedicated to his job and he is willing to work hard to make sure that all parties are taken care of and happy with the deal.

  The thought of moving is a rather daunting one and probably one of the toughest decisions to make in life.
  The journey to find our dream home was achieved through Platinum Residential Properties unbelievable attention to detail and ability to listen to exactly what both Husband and wife are looking for in their dream home.
  Andrew Pearse in particular is the epitome of professionalism, the fact that Andrew grew up in Midrand affords him a massive advantage and ability to understand the area and what is available and is well known as Mr Midrand due to his energetic personality!
  The work ethic of the entire Platinum team is also visible through the the charismatic leadership passed on by the Pearse team.
  The journey to finding our dream home actually became an adventure, once the house was identified all the administration and legalities ensuring that the deal happened was made seamless by the Platinum Residential team.
  Not only was our dream house found but Platinum Residential also managed to sell our current property for what we were looking for.
  Platinum Residential has become an Iconic brand in the Midrand area and their constant need to be involved in the development and improvement of the area is like a breath of fresh air.

  Andrew and his team were fantastic..
  They took the time to understand my family's requirements and then showed us a range of properties. In fact, we chose the first one but went back multiple times with friends and family to make sure. I guess it was about 7 times or so at times that suited us. - this was never a problem.
  What struck me most was the professionalism and integrity - even the sellers loved him .
  
  I guess i can only say he is the "go to" guy for property in the area and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both him and his team.. I wish him continued success Brent Thomson
