  I pray that I never have to deal with these people again. From the start, everything has been handled poorly and I have had to force the agent to do his work. The dodgy business practices have also been off putting. From the electrician that lied about the the house being up to spec to the agent trying to make a little extra cash off items being sold by the previous tenants.

  Im currently leasing a premises on beyers naude via Fine & country Randburg.
  
  I contacted my agent & queried as to why the garden service only pitches up Twice a month opposed to four times a month as per the quotation i received.
  
  The agent then tells me the landlord has decided to have the garden service bi weekly.
  
  Upon querying why i am paying for a service which isn't being delivered.
  
  I was told that if i am not happy i should give notice.
  I was dumbfounded by that response.
  
  This is not what i expected from an internationally recognised company.
  Clearly your staff member has no customer etiquette.
