Kitchen staff too loud and rowdy. Tone down on the shouting of the orders in the kitchen. Otherwise food was good.

Standard Spur food, but service is generally friendly and fairly fast during weeknights. Play area visible, generally clean. Good place to go with young children. More pleasant position, and much easier parking, than the other Spurs in Pietermaritzburg.

I had been to Cascades Spur (Pine Ridge) on the 24/04/16. My family and I had waited for over one hour before our breakfast could be served to us. When we had confronted a manager he had told us and I quote" when he was in Cape Town they would tell their customers that they would be served breakfast in fourty five minutes and if they didn't like it well they know where the door is." Unfortunately I don't think this manager has an idea to what that can do to a business. I am from durban and I visit a Spur ever so often and always get excellent service but this had been the first time I have received terrible service.
