  Poor food. Burger for over R150 was mediocre at best. Sweet potato gnocchi were bland and meh setting decent but a waste of time considering the alternatives.

  Very nice restaurant, romantic indeed. I was here for a conference. Very rich menu, with quite a few vegetarian items. I did not see the children's menu though, so not sure if they have one. Worth ask next time. But looks like it is all fresh food from the farm. Great wine selection as well. The staff is nice and attentive. Truly a nice experience overall. Whener in Cape Town, please make sure you include this place on your must see list.

  Great setting for lunch.
  
  My meal was wonderfully prepared. Ended the meal with Orange Cheesecake.
  
  The staff was friendly and attentive.
  
  A must for visitors.

  Uses principles of sustainability, from recycled to repurposed material. Great service, great food sourced locally and great wine. Beautiful place

  We spent the day on the grass outside in Spiers beautiful garden. We had a basket with food and drink which was very nice.
  The watermelon was past its expiry date, which not what you would expect.
  Met a lovely couple from Sweden here, which also felt this was well worth a visit.
