  I waited over 25 minutes for the product I wanted and when I got someone to help Vanessa a supervisor or something calls her away,the treatment I got from her was disgusting and I am an old customer at pick n pay never coming back again.and I didn't even get what I came for.

  This store has the most useless security at the parcel counter. He couldn't walk around the counter to put the " security " stickers on our cooldrinks bought at Woolworths Food. Too much effort. And the parcel counter wasn't busy. Won't be back, seems Pick & Pay has lost the plot. Unfriendly staff, like most Pick & Pay stores.

  Best prices and quality. Only shop at Pick and Pay in Shelly Beach. Fresh meat and fresh rolls everyday. Won't shop anywhere else.

  All the dates on the system are last months date so when I tried to use the R3 off our next purchase at another Pick n Pay they told me it was expired yet I had only gotten the slip 2 days prior in the same month. It's is disgusting that they think it's ok to rip off people like that because every person who got a discount off heir next purchase slip was ripped off.
