Efficiency lacking(Icame in to return an item but was told to wait for the department supervisor to clear it)also have to wait to be told of such action.

Got everything I need, good. Store layout can be better. entrance doors was only opend one side not good. No clear sigmage indicating entrance.The only friendly smiling staff was cashier. Most people were in slow and dazed mode.

Friendly cashiers but yet again pricing for products was not displayed. No staff around to ask - very few found on one side of the store. Did not want to walk back to fridges. Left without my novolite canola butter. Had to take another one in the range. Staff member at fruit and veg section , assisted me very quickly there. THANK YOU!
