When an item runs out it is not replaced. I have been looking for 2 months for an item that I bought last year. The Fresh Living magazine is always not available. I got mine from the Meerensee shop.

I had the utter displeasure of shopping at the Richards Bay Boardwalk branch on Thursday 25 May 2017. I am from St Lucia and usually shop at the Mtuba branch but had to do other business in Richards Bay. As on previous occasions, there where NO trolleys or hand baskets to be found. If I wasn't in such a hurry, I would have turned around right there and then and go shop somewhere else, but I had only a few minutes. The staff could not be bothered. I eventually found one abandoned in an aisle but the front wheel couldn't turn! My mom took a basket trolley and because there where no baskets to be found, she balanced items on the lower rails.Uhm, hello Spar/Checkers/Woolies, you WILL see us in the future rather! Even though I can earn points at your shop, the irritation of shopping there is not worth it. I won't shop there again and I suspect absolutely zero will come of this complaint too. Sub standard.
