  It is a very nice supermarket with size and space issues but it is fine and nice they need to get a bigger property that store is way to small

  This is worse picknpay Ive ever been to .its crowded its dirty.bad packing and if u need anything staff tell u to get it urself.no customer servicenever any visible managers..today i witnessed a cashier wrapping a costomers soap in newspaper i asked her reason she said they dont give clear plastics anymore but we still have to pay for our shopping packets..

  Pick n Pay in Verulam needs to find a more efficient way of dealing with queues at the cashier. The store is too small and always busy. It undoubtedly needs an upgrade.
