ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! Couldn't get the right flowers so just sent nothing without informing me. Sent from overseas to my mother for her birthday, leaving me embarrassed by the lack of gift with no excuse or refund. I am still waiting for refund. These people will steal your money please don't do it. use interflora or eflorist or anyone but them.

It is terrible. ..will definitely not recommend them at all. couldn't assist me with even just the number for the one situated in my area. Will never use them!!! Let's not even talk about the "assisting operator" they are even more clueless.

Would not recommend them to anyone.
They did not keep to their delivery promise and the flowers were old and the "card" I paid for was a folded piece of paper.
Pathetic service to say the least be sure to never use them.
