Their criteria for credit facility is a bit xenophobic, am a South African resident been in the country for 26 years now but do not qualify because my ID number ends with 186 ND not with 086 so based on that I did not qualify for the store credit facility

Friendly staff, shelves always fully stocked, great variety and great service. I travel more than 35km, and pass 5 other pick n pays just to buy my groceries here. Keep it up!

Beware - despite being a large store incl pharmacy and clothing they do not offer the same promotional prices as advertised in newspapers for Pick n Pay Hyper. What marketing "genius" came up with that customer trap? 1 brand 1 price - anything else is a customer rip-off.

This is heaven. Free parking, everything in one basket. It's always clean inside and outside including the clothing and liquor stores. The barbeque wings are addictive.

Seems Pick 'n Pay strives to keep their outlets top.
