Everything went very well.
Clean store, easy parking.
I bought a Pork roast and juices were leaking from it. Had to find a plastic bag from produce department to use . It would be nice to have something in the meat department to put the n

Only getting a 4 star because there was no watermelon . The staff were 5 star though especially the most helpful Indian lady at the points machine.

It's clean, it's safe and the staff is very helpful and friendly. 😀 Is the only face I know @ pick n pay. Staff also very neat and presentable in their uniform. Managers greet you regardless of who you are?

Lost my sassa card in machine and your staff was great the manager took my number and told me hell phone me . hell go with absa people when they empty machine. Next morning he phoned me to say Hess got my card. They are the most efficient staff in the whole of natal and I've been all over. Always ready to help.luv shopping there.

The shop is neat and tidy. Customer service is very good staff is friendly. But some of their price's are bit high compere to other shops.

The store was revamped as such it is now bigger and offer more products and the service has improved tremendously. They even have a cellphone kiosk and ATM inside the store. The working hours were extended up to 20:00 during the week and Saturdays which makes even more convenience for the customers.

slightly cleaner but shelves are always empty veg area no prices or incorrect prices on so many items tellers ignore customers packers cant pack eggs r placed with potatoes etc.

They have just had a makeover and i am impressed! Service is quicker. The store looks more open and fresh. The manager is always willing to greet customer and takes their comments seriously.
