  Positive - good pricing, good quality homebrands, free parking. I appreciate that Pick n Pay built that centre with sensitivity to appearance and its impact on the area.
  Negative - stock frequently unavailable and staff unaware of whether items have been discontinued or when to expect them, goods on shelves are often unpriced, cashback is advertised but tellers seldom have much money in the till, lids on home brand bottles often almost impossible to open, one lady on duty in bottlestore with long queues. The tea and coffee and cake for pensioners on Tuesdays is a disgrace. Do Pick n Pay really think we pensioners in Hillcrest are so desperate that we will eat broken pieces of cake from an open tray, with no serviettes or utensils, with no staff supervision in that cold and draughty foyer where no attempt has been made to make it look a bit cheerful.
