Often a painful experience. The salad/butchery staff is missing most of the time. Queues can be terrible. Inside parking is not free even less than 15 minutes. However, very good specials and variety
Great variety, very clean and modern. You can get fresh meat, cheese, fish and bread. Definitely the best supermarket I've been to in CBD so far.
Some staff are helpful, but others are extremely rude and impatient. Very clean, industrial layout. Would recommend in an emergency, but other supermarkets in the neighbourhood are preferable
Well stocked and comparitively neat and organised for a South African supermarket
Enjoyed shopping for the weekly goodies. The store was revamped so gives you that feeling of a new shop which is clean and neat.
Got everything I needed from here. They also have a wine section with great wines. Their meat selection is always fresh.
Great options, good pricing, good produce, cashiers could be trained better on client service or creating a shopping experience for a client
Fresh fruit and veg, fish, meat and baked goods. Beauty and clothes departments in store. Fresh flowers available on weekdays and over weekends. Delicious biltong!
Well, there is nothing much to say! Pick n Pay, average products, average price. What you pay is what you get. I rather buy meat and vegs at woolworths upstairs.
Convenient but constantly out of stock (especially certain dairy products & vegetables). Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful, and many of the cashiers behind the tills could not be bothered to even greet the customer, nor speed it up a little when the queue is clearly very long.
Ugly and not cozy like all big supermarkets, but great choice for buying basic things on the cheap.
