Services sucks!

I bought a new I phone for an odd 20 k. After a short time the speaker went and returned to the shop for answers. I then bought a 2nd and spare phone for another odd 10 K whilst they did whatever investigations required to remedy the first. I made it clear it had not been dropped or water logged. After some time and aggressive calls, the phone was agreed to be replaced under warrantee. I went into the shop today only to be given a tired second hand, non-branded box with a phone covered in old bubble wrap as the new exchange. I left the phone on the counter and demanded the owners details so I can alert them to this serious issue. These details were not given to me after numerous requests and I remain without a new phone.
Service providers like this should not be in such a prestigious shopping centre and I intend to take them to task. This will be my first of many complaints about this store.response / report this review -

Have been dealing with Nick and he was fantastic. Most competent and helpful cell phone agent/salesman/assistant I have dealt with in my 24 years of dealing with Vodacom!
