We went to buy my son some gold fish. The variety of fish is amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and best of all we could get a coffee and take a walk through the bird park. A great morning out.

The aquarium area with all the fish available to purchase as pets was disappointing to say the least. Not only were the fish kept in bare minimum size tanks, some of them were dead, or very close to. It was very upsetting to see. I get the idea that Pet Masters is blatantly only interested in profit and sales and is not at all in the well-being of the animals they make available there. I will not support this business again.

Great vibe in the store with staff more than eager to assist where they can. The coffee shop is good as well, great food and speedy service. Just a general good vibe. They also boast a pet boutique with toys, accessories and clothing items for cats and dogs alike. Parking area is nice and big to cater for busy hours as well.

Best prices for all your pet food. Staff well trained. Willing to assist with advice when you are in doubt. Bird park is well maintained. Good place to have a cup of coffee while you watch your young children play. Restaurant is average.

Great selection of Pet Foods. Also a good place to buy Fish. They have a restaurant at the back which offers well priced food in aviary setting. There are play areas for young children where parents can keep a close on on their children while enjoying a coffee. All in all a neat place to spend the day with your family even if it's just as an outing. They have secure parking which is well guarded.

A large variety of pet products available. There is a lovely pet boutique connected to the main entrance which offers the cutest outfits, collars, leashes, beds, and toys for your pet.

This place is suitable for all pet products including reptiles, birds, critters, horses and fish. Every section is clear and easy to get to. Staff is very eager to help customers.

They also offer a bird park at the back perfect for a family outing. You are able to walk around, there is an area for children to play. All animals are in good condition and area is clean. There is a restaurant.

Good variety of products with great prices. Bird park at the back of the shop is looked after and clean. The children love it and it has a lovely jungle gym and tea garden. Watch out for the Lamas - they spit!

Reported to SPCA about bird conditions on numerous occasions. Dirty water and only feed sunflower seeds! No toys! Some birds only have one branch in catch. Birds have plucked themselves due to stress and bad eating habits! Some have been plucked by other birds bullying them. Some have been put into round cages (parrots go mad in round cages). Kittens are left in extremely hot conditions. This place is just full of abuses and yet they are always just left open. I know of many other people who have reported themmakes you wonder?

Great for the family and animal lovers. Look at possible new pets( fish, bird, cat, dog, snake, ghecko), then enjoy nice lunch and ponder about you purchase while strolling along the other wild animals.

This place is awesome but people working there are useless and the guys working with all the fish and aquariums are useless and unfriendly, they dont know what they doing, don't know about fish or requirements.

The manager is a total pain, unfriendly and rude

Go to this place (aquarium section) only when you know what you want.
Otherwise go to a different place with more friendly staff members and good service.
