  Amazing place. They have very beautiful and well kept animals and they have everything you would need for your animals at home. And the staff there are very polite and helpful.

  Used to love this animal kingdom. But since the new owners, the shop always stinks. You feel dirty inside.
  
  Bought mice and rats a few times and after a week or so they develop tumors from being fed dog food. When asked about it, they told me they feed them cheap dog food. Will never buy from them again.

  The people here have absolutely no respect for animals and have no understanding of how to care for them, especially the reptiles. The hamsters and bunnies were terrified of people - the workers here throw them around while feeding and trying to handle them. Saw a dying spider and asked what was wrong with him and the owner said "he's just moulting," when clearly he was dying of dehydration. I bought a spider here two months ago and he refused to eat and later died - while I am a spider collector and manage to keep 15 other spiders alive (which I didn't buy from here). I will never go back here again - I think I might just scream at these incompetent people.

  Didn't have a pleasant experience. No staff available to help. Just went for one hamster and hamster accessories. Couldn't find someone to assist me to take the hamster out of the cage. When I was finally assisted he dropped the hamster in my hands and left without helping with anything else.

  I wouldn't necessarily go there again, quite dingy and very little variety of stock, especially regarding dogs. Also, no staff member approached me even though I spent quite a bit of time there. Come to think of it, the impression I got was that of a place running on autopilot.

  We bought three pet rats from this store. They misgendered our rats so we've had to spend a lot of money spaying our female. They keep their rats in sawdust which resulted in one of them having respiratory problems. The rats also has mites from which they developed sores. If you can avoid it don't support this store. They are incompetent and know nothing about caring for animals.

  The manager is really honest and helpful! We bought a fish tank that started leaking after a week and he immediately refunded us. Haha. We bought a new one the same day and gave him his own cash back 😆

  A really nice place with a great variety pets, but they barely look after their fish! They all look so sick and some are even dead
