What an amazing stay at the Pepperclub, it is ideally located in close proximity to almost everything Cape Town has to offer. The concierge services are world class.

Superb. Although not exactly 5 star but definitely upper 4 star. I liked the behavior of the staff. They under advertise their free shuttles. I find the noise proof doors very effective. Really had a superb stay. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 9 nights. Hotel is 5 star. Staff are 6 star! Rooms are worthy of their 5 star rating. Very clean. Had lo ent corner suite overlooking Table Mountain. The food is superb. The hotel is situated near Long Street where there is a busy night life so be aware of that. I slept well despite this. Would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Nice 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities like spa, sauna, swimming pool etc. It also has a great view of Cape Town including the table mountain.

Upmarket, sophisticated .luxurious, clean &neat
Staff is friendly and professional.

Improvements:
Install more full body length mirrors (wife’s suggestion)
Pool wasn’t heated ,as promised.

Otherwise overall experience was amazing 😉👍🏾.

Stayed for my honeymoon. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. They treated us like family. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and generous. The rooms were also amazing. The only downside is u can here music from the clubs on the weekends but that's because the hotel is in a busy area with a lot of close bs and restaurants. Not really there fault and it's only knitpicking. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great amenities if and views in some rooms of Table Mountain. Close to the famous Loop Street and nightlife. Hotel shuttle to and from the waterfront "mall" for shopping.

The room was lovely, and the bathroom a treat. Spa, pool, bar stylish.
The street noise carries on quite late - perfect if you are out having fun, but not so much if you are trying to sleep.
Conference rooms available. Well equipped if a little cramped.

A night never to be forgotten

I remember it as though it was yesterday when my sister surprised me by booking us into Pepper Club Hotel as it was my first month in Capetown. The comfortable sheets almost made me forget that I had to report for work the next day. The staff waited on us with exceptional service. I would recommend anyone to go there as a getaway place especially for those visiting Capetown for the first time.
