  This place is a joke!! and thats sugar coating it. All i want to do is enquire about something telephonically and i cant get through. I would leave my contact details but surely nothing will happen. I really did not want to give a 1 star rating.

  PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've called 17 times in the last 30 minutes and no one ever answers. Honestly so sad that this municipality is so incompetent.

  People don't know what they doing, had to collect my licence from Dorp street Cape Town. I was told that Parow traffic never sent my licence there went back to Parow twice and No one has a clue of where my licence is. City definitely has to put systems in place at Parow traffic department incompetent and having a good time in the office while you waiting. Waist of your precious time.

  I wouldn't even give this place a corner of a half a star, but 1 star is the lowest you can rate them. Besides the fact that they never answer there phones, there service is just terrible. Took them a year to change my water/electricity bill to my correct email and mail address! And that was with a weekly begging them to do so via email.

  Been trying both Parow and Plumstead municipality, either engaged or no answer. How is it that I cannot contact any of the municipalities????!!!
