Friendly people but don't be fooled by that, they can't keep simple promises like promising to keep a car for you for 2 days to gather paper work, no, you will go through all the trouble only to find out they sold it already a day before, their promises means nothing.

Baught my current car at Paradigm. Good service from Salesman. Cannot comment on after sales service as I did not really need to use it as of yet.
